Meet Dr. Beau Butzirus
DMD
Dr. Beau is originally from Bloomington, Illinois, and he earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville before going on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at SIU School of Dental Medicine. It was during their first day of dental school that Dr. Beau met Dr. Tanner, and the two quickly developed a lasting friendship. Today, they are both thrilled to work together and serve the Cottleville, Missouri community for many years to come.
Dr. Beau takes great pride in connecting with his patients and creating personalized treatment plans to meet their individual needs. Understanding that dental visits can be challenging for some, he strives to ease any concerns and change the way patients experience dental care. With a commitment to providing the best possible treatment, Dr. Beau regularly participates in continuing education courses in areas such as dental implants, oral surgery, conscious sedation, clear aligner orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Beau lives in Lake St. Louis with his wife, Katye, their two dogs, and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their baby boy in May 2025. Outside of the office, Dr. Beau enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or staying active with regular workouts.
